The Seller agrees to set up a user account and to fill out the registration form completely and accurately. The Domain Seller must be the verified owner of the domain name listed for sale. Unless the domain owner has a privacy shield for WHOIS database purposes, information provided within the BuyingDomains.com User’s account must correspond to the information contained in the WHOIS database.

Domains are the result of, and are subject to, all of the conditions, limitations, and restrictions contained in Domain registration agreements between the Seller and a third-party Domain registrar or other service provider. As such, the transferability of Domain registration may be limited, prohibited, or otherwise subject to conditions imposed by the Domain registrar or service provider. Nothing in this Agreement or on the Site shall be construed to imply that the Seller possesses any rights to a Domain beyond those specified in the Seller's agreement with the relevant Domain registrar or service provider. When referencing a Domain as the object of a purchase and sale transaction within these terms, Domain shall refer to any rights the Seller may possess with regard to the registration of a particular Domain under its Domain registration agreement with a Domain registrar. Any content or material associated with a developed website that is the object of a purchase and sale agreement must be materially described in writing to be subject to the relevant purchase and sale agreement.

Article 1. Eligibility of membership - This auction site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts as the seller/buyer of an auction item. People who are of under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services.

We are not responsible for the actions the sellers/buyers take before, during, and after the auction, typographical errors, misprints, loss of domain names/money, damage or failure of transfers, due to your visit to this auction site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is' from sellers.

Article 3. Bidding and Selling - As a user, you may bid and/or sell domain names over this auction. As a bidder, you know that placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the seller, and the bid cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the seller of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the seller's part. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this auction site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and prosecution can result to you. As a seller, the domain names that you place up for bids must be yours, meaning you are the registered owner (registrant) of the listed domain for sale/auction. Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are being placed in a binding contract with the potential buyer of the product, if that bid shall be the highest bid. Once the auction is over, if over reserve price, you are obligated to sell/transfer to the potential buyer which is the highest bidder in your auction, upon payment. If, reserve price was not met, you are not obligated in any way to sell/transfer the domain name at all. As a seller, you are not in any way to bid on your own items. If reported, your auction will be deleted.

Article 4. Posting Items - As a user, you are welcome to post domain names up for sale on this auction. We do have restrictions. Domain names that are posted for bids are subject to review by the staff , and my be removed for any reason without prior notice. For more information please see our list of Prohibited items.

Article 5. Charges - Posting domain names up for bid, bidding on an item, and registering are free on this server. Do not abuse this privilege.

Article 7. Warranty - This site provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. This site is not liable for any damages resulting in an auction, or your visit to the site.

Suspension or Termination
Here are some things that will get you suspended, terminated, and/or prosecuted:
· Giving us false information when registering, such as a false name or fraudulent contact information.
· We are against Spam and we respect the privacy of our users. We do not use "cookies" or any other method to gather information about other than legitimate registration. We use your e-mail address for contacting buyers or sellers only. Any use of this private information by anyone else is strictly prohibited and we WILL take action.

If you have a domain name that does not fit any of our categories, please e-mail the administrator at the email at bottom of page and request that category be added to the auctions.
· No sellers can bid on their own products to artificially raise the selling price, this is strictly prohibited.
· Any one attempting to compromise the respectability, safety, security, data integrity, service, or any other fact of this auction site will be suspended or terminated and WILL face possible legal action.
· Any one attempting to post stolen domain names, any domain name that in any way infringing on a legitimate copyright or trade mark. Items that are posted for bids are subject to review by the staff, and may be removed without prior notice, if in violation of the User Agreement.
